You are hiring me as your coach because you want to make meaningful changes to your life. Because change occurs over time, some changes will happen swiftly, and others will happen more slowly.
Your healing journey will be unique to you, and moving forward, it is best not to compare your movement ahead with anyone else. However, as your coach, you have my word that I will be open and supportive of you creating the life you desire.
DISCLOSURE
Although I do have my Master's Degree in Counseling, I am in the role of a certified trauma-informed mental health practitioner who uses coaching as my modality of treatment during our time together.
Coaching is not therapy and thus does not aim to treat specific psychiatric diagnoses. Therefore, if challenges arise during our coaching relationship related to a psychiatric diagnosis, I reserve the right to recommend or refer you to an appropriate mental health professional.
